All participants must complete the registration process and pay the required fees in 3 days of join.
Class fees, packages, or event tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or in special circumstances like class cancellations by RadheRasGarba.
Payment methods accepted include online transfers and cash which listed on our class.
We do not havce any cancellation policy or not give any refund.
No refunds will be issued for missed classes, but we offer makeup sessions, subject to availability.
In the event of class cancellations by RadheRasGarba, participants will be offered a full refund or a chance to reschedule.
By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that physical activities, including Garba, carry a risk of injury.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit to participate in Garba classes. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, consult a doctor before joining.
RadheRasGarba is not responsible for any injuries sustained during class, workshops, or events. Participants are encouraged to dance within their limits.
We maintain the right to refuse service or ask participants to leave if they are found to be disrupting the class or posing a risk to others' safety.
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow dancers. Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Participants should arrive on time for classes and events. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate if it disrupts the session.
Proper attire should be worn during classes. Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear (or dancing barefoot) are recommended.
All content on the RadheRasGarba website, including images, logos, text, and videos, are the intellectual property of RadheRasGarba..
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without our prior written consent is prohibited
By attending our classes or events, you consent to be photographed or filmed. These images or videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or other marketing platforms.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us prior to the class or event.
